I had no experience with Long Realty other than communication with my agent.

I did notice that they were quick to recommend an insurance agent from the office who wasn't originally presented as a Long employee. So I can't really comment on my experience with 'Long Realty'. As to my agent, communication seems to be a challenge. And while I appreciate having an agent who "takes care of things", throughout the process, I always felt like I was operating in an information vacuum. And at times, I wasn't presented the right information, or "all of the details" which affected my decision making. For those of us who don't "buy and sell houses for a living", good communication is key. On the upside, my agent was extremely helpful in getting things done locally as I live out of state.
